RECEPTION AND CLIENT EXPERIENCE PROFESSIONAL
Our law firm is seeking applicants for a full-time Reception/Client Experience Professional role in Shelby Township, Michigan. The position will provide training and opportunities for professional growth in a positive, team-oriented work environment.
The duties of the position include receiving visitors, welcoming and directing clients, answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls, and scheduling appointments, while providing 5- Star customer service to the firm’s clients.

4. Easily travel to Shelby Township or ability to work from home;
5. Personable (i.e. good client service qualities);
8. Great organizational skills; and
9. Works well with others

LEGAL ASSISTANT
Our firm is seeking a legal assistant to join our team to provide comprehensive administrative support on our Elder Law & Estate Planning matters. Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of an attorney, the responsibilities include:
- Drafting letters and client correspondence
- Opening and maintaining client files
- Monitoring and meeting deadlines
- Scheduling and client coordination
- Drafting and filing of legal documents
- Communicating with clients, attorneys, and judiciary
The ideal candidate will have these qualities:
1. Two years of estate planning and probate experience;
2. Great attention to detail (this might be the most important of all);
3. Comfort working in a small team environment (i.e. not always a lot of people to hang out and talk with);
4. Easily travel to Shelby Township;
5. Personable (i.e. good client service qualities);
8. Great organizational skills;
9. Able to prepare drafts of estate planning and probate documents under the supervision of an attorney; and
10. Works well with others
